Rules & Guidelines

We’re thrilled to have you join our growing pickleball community. To ensure everyone has a great experience on the court, we’ve outlined a few important rules and guidelines. These will help keep the games fun, safe, and enjoyable for everyone. Please take a moment to review them before your next visit. We look forward to seeing you on the court!
Court Reservations:
  • Open Play: $15.00 plus tax for three hours.

    • ​Reservations are not required for Open Play.

    • Open Play is not available on weekends.

  • Private Court Reservations: $30.00 plus tax for 60 minutes.

    • Reservations are required for Private Court sessions. Walk-ins are allowed if courts are available, but reservations are strongly encouraged.

    • A maximum of 4 players is allowed per court reservation. If your group has more than 4 players, you must reserve 2 courts.

    • If you do not arrive at your scheduled time, you have a 30-minute grace period. After that, your reservation will be canceled.

    • You will not be allowed to enter the court if you arrive more than 30 minutes before your reservation time unless the court is vacant.

  • Table Tennis Court Reservations: $15 plus tax for 60 minutes

    • Reservations are required for Table Tennis Court sessions. Walk-ins are allowed if courts are available, but reservations are strongly encouraged.

    • A maximum of 4 players is allowed per court reservation. If your group has more than 4 players, you must reserve 2 courts.

    • If you do not arrive at your scheduled time, you have a 30-minute grace period. After that, your reservation will be canceled.

Equipment Rentals:
  • Paddle rentals are available for $9.00 plus tax.

  • Indoor balls can be purchased for $5.00 plus tax.

Payment Instructions:
  • Payments can be made through ATH Móvil. Please send your payment to (347) 947-0843.

  • IMPORTANT: In the payment description, include your full name and the type of reservation (e.g. Private Court, Table Tennis Court, etc.).

  • Payments without this information may result in delays or the inability to confirm your reservation.

General Rules:
  • You will be able to choose your court upon arrival at the facilities.

  • Please vacate your court promptly when your time is up to allow the next group to start.

  • Do not pass under the nets at any time.

  • We are not responsible for lost or left-behind belongings. Please ensure you take all personal items with you when leaving the facility.

  • All players must check in at the front desk and sign a Liability Waiver before playing. By not signing the Liability Waiver, players forfeit their right to file any claim related to the use of the facilities or participation in the activities of the ILA Pickleball Club.

  • Respect your fellow players and the facility. Good sportsmanship is expected at all times.

  • The chat/group is strictly for coordinating games, checking availability, and making inquiries. Off-topic messages or advertisements will be removed.

  • You can’t bring food, drinks or coolers to the venue.

Cancellations:
  • Must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a reschedule. No refunds will be issued.

  • If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of your reservation time, it will be canceled without rescheduling. If you arrive within the 30-minute grace period, 30 minutes will be deducted from your reservation time. Additional time will be subject to availability and extra charges.

  • There will be no refunds issued under any circumstances.

Safety & Cleanliness:
  • For everyone's safety, please follow all posted rules and instructions from club staff.

  • Keep the courts clean and free of debris. Dispose of trash in the designated bins.

Booking Policies

Cancellation Policies

  • Reservations are not required for Open Play.

  • Reservations are required for Private Court sessions. Walk-ins are allowed if courts are available, but reservations are strongly encouraged.

  • All players must check in and sign a Liability Waiver before playing. Failure to sign waives the right to make any claims related to the ILA Pickleball Club.

  • You will be able to choose your court upon arrival at the facilities.

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of booking. Payment options include online payment or ATH Móvil.

  • For Private Court reservations, please ensure your booking reflects the correct number of players. If your group exceeds the maximum of 4 players, you must reserve an additional court.

  • If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to allow others to book the court.

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to your reservation qualify for a reschedule. Please note that there will be no refunds for cancellations.

  • Failure to show up within the 30-minute grace period will result in an automatic cancellation of your reservation without a reschedule option. If you arrive within the 30-minute grace period, those 30 minutes will be deducted from your reservation time. Additional time will be subject to availability and will need to be paid.

  • There will be no refunds issued under any circumstances.
